Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quovrd (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Quovrd is
Quovrd is an informational and organizational tool that helps you discover and track potential money-recovery opportunities. Quovrd is not a law firm and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice, and does not file claims on your behalf. See our Disclaimer for details.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Submit false information in connection with any opportunity;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
4. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that you will qualify for or recover any money. Eligibility and payouts are determined by the official administrators of each program, not by Quovrd. Estimated amounts are illustrative only.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans add convenience features only and never affect your eligibility for any opportunity. We do not charge a percentage of any amount you recover. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply.
6. Third-party sources
The Service links to third-party websites and official administrators. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quovrd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed deadlines, denied claims, or reliance on information provided through the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
