Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Quovrd (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service. We designed Quovrd to be data-minimal: we ask only for what helps match you to opportunities, and we never request bank logins or full account numbers.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
- Profile / intake answers: general details you choose to share (e.g. states you’ve lived in, companies you’ve done business with, whether you travel or own a vehicle). These power opportunity matching.
- Claim tracking data: the claims you choose to track, their status, your checklists, and notes you add.
- Billing information: if you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference, not your card details.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use your information
- To match you to relevant recovery opportunities;
- To let you track and manage your claims and deadlines;
- To send deadline reminders and important account notices;
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your profile answers with the third-party administrators of any opportunity. You decide if and when to submit anything to them.
Service providers
We use trusted infrastructure providers to run the Service, including Supabase (authentication, database, and storage) and Stripe (payment processing). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Data retention & your choices
You can update your profile or delete individual claims at any time from within the app. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and row-level security on our database, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
